• "Portal" refers to shop.cosmeticplus.co.uk, our B2B ordering platform.
• "Products" refers to all goods listed for sale on the Portal.

2. Trade Account Eligibility

Our services are available exclusively to trade customers. To open an account you must:

• Be a registered business operating in the UK
• Provide accurate company registration and VAT details (where applicable)
• Provide a valid business delivery address
• Be engaged in the retail, wholesale, or professional beauty industry

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke trade account access at our discretion. Account approval is typically completed within one working day of application submission.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

• All prices shown on the Portal are trade prices exclusive of VAT
• VAT will be added at the applicable rate at checkout
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of order via the Portal
• We accept major credit and debit cards
• All transactions are processed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling)

4. Orders and Delivery

4.1 Order Processing

• Orders placed through the Portal are subject to acceptance and stock availability
• We will confirm your order via email
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable or pricing errors occur

4.2 Delivery

• We currently deliver to UK addresses only
• Orders are despatched within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
• Delivery is via Royal Mail or DPD next day service
• Free shipping is available on orders over £1,000
• Risk passes to you upon delivery

4.3 Minimum Orders

There is no minimum order requirement. You may order any quantity to suit your business needs.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Damaged or Faulty Goods

If products arrive damaged or are faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@cosmeticplus.co.uk with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5.2 Incorrect Orders

If you receive incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange collection and send the correct items at no additional cost.

5.3 Change of Mind

As a B2B supplier, we do not offer returns for change of mind. Please ensure your order is correct before completing checkout. For large or bespoke orders, please contact us before placing your order.

• Batch codes and expiry dates vary by stock
