Return Window
14 Days
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return products for a refund or exchange. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
Eligible for Return
- Products in their original, unopened packaging
- Products with all original seals intact
- Products in resalable condition
- Incorrect items sent by us
- Damaged items (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Products returned after 14 days
- Products not in resalable condition
- Products purchased as clearance or marked as non-returnable
How to Return
Contact Us
Email us at shop@cosmeticplus.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorisation
We'll review your request and provide a returns authorisation number (RAN) if approved.
Pack Securely
Package items securely in their original packaging. Include your RAN inside the parcel.
Ship to Us
Send the parcel to our warehouse using a tracked delivery service. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
Refunds
*Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, etc.).
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please:
- • Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery
- • Take photographs of the damage and packaging
- • Email us with your order number and photos
- • Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved
We will arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label for damaged goods at no cost to you.
